Doxzoo: V3
Is it the website, or is it the service?
Doxzoo, a profitable online print platform, wanted a V3 redesign. The first job was helping its leadership separate the problems an interface could fix from the ones it couldn't.

Getting to a direction
Prepare the evidence
Surveys, post-purchase data, funnel analysis and walkthroughs of the site, organised into four journey themes.
A day with leadership
A full-day workshop with about eight senior leaders across CEO, operations, IT, finance and marketing.
Map what happens now
Current-state journeys, so we could see where things actually went wrong.
Propose and compare
Four information-architecture options, co-designed and tested against production, pricing and delivery constraints, with a recommendation.
Handing it over
Leadership signed off the direction. I delivered reusable product-page specifications, components, acceptance criteria and competitor analysis for development.
I was then kept on for front-end delivery, using AI-assisted development with a DESIGN.md file holding the design guardrails, and deploying on every commit to main. The process was deliberately as light as the project needed. I now work with them on a consultative basis.
